Indian Summer - AKA The Cable Car Cocktail Recipe
This fall we have been featuring a fabulous drink at our live events – The Cable Car. Some have renamed this classic libation the Indian Summer due to its fresh flavor mixed with fall undertones. This old classic has been a hit this fall at our events and is sure to wow your guests as well. To prepare the beverage you will need to gather the following ingredients:
This recipe uses: Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar 
Cable Car Cocktail Recipe (serves 4)
Ingredients Needed:
- 8 oz Spiced Rum
- 2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Lime Tree Cove Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar - our fall flavor
- 2 cups Ice
Directions:
- Add rum, triple sec, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake
- Add ice.
- Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar
- Enjoy!
