Winter Warmer - Hot Cocktail Recipes
This winter we’ll be featuring many warm cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages here on our drink recipe blog. Be sure to check back for new content. The first two drinks we’re featuring are a mulled cider and a hot brandy chocolate raspberry cocktail.
This recipe uses: Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar 
Mulled Cider Cocktail Recipe (Serves 1):
Ingredients needed:
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 2 oz Rum or Brandy
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 2 cloves
- Dash of all spice
- Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and heat
- Strain into glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
- Rim beverage with Cinnamon Harvest Cocktail Sugar

- Enjoy!

This recipe uses: Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar 
Hot Chocolate Raspberry Brandy (Serves 4):
Ingredients needed
- 4 cups Milk
- 4 oz Brandy
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate (chips or bar)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Whipped Cream (optional to decorate)
- Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Bring milk to a boil
- Reduce heat to low
- Add Chocolate and sugar, stir until melted
- Add brandy, pour into glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
- Add whipped cream if desired
- Rim beverage with Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar

- Enjoy!

OR Sweet Mint Sugar 
Baileys Infused Hot Chocolate (Serves many)
Ingredients needed:
- Baileys Irish Cream
- Hot Chocolate
- Chocolate Raspberry Sugar
OR Sweet Mint Sugar 
Directions:
- Heat 50% Baileys and 50% Hot Chocolate
- Pour glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
- Rim beverage with either Chocolate Raspberry Sugar
OR Sweet Mint Sugar

With the help of the knowledgeable staff at KitchenArts, we debuted another cocktail creation. This next drink combines coffee and Kahlua for a smooth flavor.
This recipe uses: Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar 
Kahlua and espresso cocktail recipe (Serves many)
Ingredients needed:
- Kahlua
- Espresso
- Milk
- Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Heat 2 cups of Espresso and 2 cups of milk
- Add 1 and 1/2 cups of Kahlua
- Pour into a glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
- Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar
