Mango Mojito Recipe - It’s Backyard Bar Time this Summer!
Warm weather is finally here, and there’s no better time to share a cocktail or two with friends and family on the porch or deck. Here is a recipe sure to please and impress your guests at your next outdoor party.
This recipe uses: Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar 
Mango Mojito Recipe (by the glass):
Ingredients needed:
- 1/3 lime
- 1 lime slice
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ½ ounces Mango nectar (easiest to find in Asian or Latin specialty grocery stores)
- 2 ½ ounces premium white rum for a blanco mojito or gold/amber rum for a mulata mojito
- Ice
- Club or lemon/lime soda
- Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Drop the lime and mint into the bottom of a tall sturdy glass.
- Add the simple syrup, and muddle (mash) until the lime is juicy and the mint is soft but not into pieces (about 15 times or so).
- Add the ice, then the rum and mango nectar.
- Top with club soda for a crisper cocktail or lemon/lime soda for an extra zing.
- Wet the rim of the glass with the remaining lime slice, and use your Barmaid to garnish the rim with Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

The mint and sugar complement their matching flavors in the cocktail and your guests will be wowed with the result.
Mango Mojito Cocktail Recipe (by the pitcher):
Ingredients needed:
- 1 cup Roses Lime Juice
- ¾ cup simple syrup (Roses Lime Juice is very sweet, so you need less sugar)
- 1 1/2 cups mango nectar
- 2 cups rum
- 3 cups club or lemon/lime soda
- 8 sprigs mint
- 8 glasses with ice
- Lime slice
- Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Mix the first four ingredients in a large pitcher.
- When ready to pour, add the soda of choice and stir.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the mojitos
- Wet each glass with the lime slice, use your Barmaid to garnish the rim with Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
The result looks impressive, the effort is minimal, and you and your guests will love it!
