Tropical Margarita - A great margarita for Spring and Cinco De Mayo

Welcome to Spring. We have a number of new margarita recipes ready to go out on the Blog and our Facebook Page. The first cocktail is the Tropical Margarita, which is on our Hawaiian Black Lava Salt package. The tropical margarita has a cool blue color and the contrast between the blue cocktail and black salt will impress your guests.

This recipe uses: Hawaiian Black Lava Salt 

Tropical Margarita (Serves 1):

Ingredients needed:

• 4oz Newman’s Own Limeade
• Splash Orange or Pineapple Juice
• 2oz Tequila
• Splash Blue Curacao
• Fresh squeezed lime and lime slices
• Ice
• Lime Tree Cove Hawaiian Black Lava Salt 

Directions:

1. in a cocktail shaker, squeeze limes over ice, add limeade, and orange or pineapple juice
2. Add Tequila and Blue Curacao
3. Shake
4. Wet rim with a lime slice
5. Rim Beverage with Lime Tree Cove Hawaiian Black Lava Salt 
6. Enjoy!
