How to make a Bloody Mary Video
Father's Day is coming up. What is a better way to celebrate the day than Bloody Marys before the golf outing? Here is an excellent how to video by Lime Tree Cove Chief Mixologist, Tim McCaffery. This cocktail is crisp, fresh, doesn't have any of the junk found in mixes, and is simple to make.
This recipe uses: Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
Classic Bloody Mary Cocktail Recipe (by the glass):
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 part vodka (more or less, depending on your mood)
- 4 parts tomato juice
- 1/4 part lemon juice
- Worchester sauce to taste
- Hot sauce to taste
- Preferred garnish (celery sticks, olives, preserved spicy green beans, etc.)
- Horseradish (if desired)
- Lime wedge
- Ice
- Lime Tree Cove Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
Directions:
- Mix Tomato Juice and Vodka
- Taste and adjust your lemon juice, worchester sauce, and hot sauce (resist temptation to over -spice! You can put more in but you can't take it out!)
- Pour over ice
- Wet glass rim with the lime slice, and use your Barmaid Drink Rimmer to add either the Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
per order. - Add your desired garnish and enjoy.

It is Derby Time. This is the start of the summer cocktails season so let's get going. Here is an excellent how to video by Lime Tree Cove Chief Mixologist, Tim McCaffery. This cocktail festive for Kentucky Derby parties, and is simple to make.
This recipe uses: Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar 
How to make a Mint Julep (Serves 1)
Ingredients needed:
- 2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
- 10 springs of mint
- 2 oz. simple syrup or 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ice
- Water or Seltzer
- Lime slice
- Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Muddle mint with the simple syrup or sugar
- Add Ice, Bourbon, Water or Seltzer
- Wet rim with lime slice
- Lime Tree Cove Sweet Mint Cocktail Sugar

Here is an excellent how to video by Lime Tree Cove Chief Mixologist, Tim McCaffery. This cocktail is refreshing, doesn't have any of the junk found in mixes, and is simple to make. Margarita enthusiasts have their favorite approach to making this classic cocktail and here is ours.
This recipe uses: Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
Margarita Cocktail Recipe (Serves 1)
Ingredients needed:
- 4oz Newman’s Own Limeade
- 2oz Tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec or Orange Liquer
- Ice
- Fresh squeezed lime and lime slices
- Lime Tree Cove Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
Directions:
- Squeeze or muddle limes
- Add triple sec, tequila, limeade
- Shake
- Wet rim with a lime slice
- Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Spicy Chili Salt
or Tangy Lime Salt
- Add ice, strain liquids into glass
- Enjoy!
