Holiday party season is now in full swing. Here is a great martini to make with friends. Key Limes are most abundant in the summer and fall but the stores were loaded with them last week. So, here's how to make a great Key Lime Pie Martini.

Key Lime Pie Martini Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Triple Sec or Key Lime Liqueur
- 2 oz. Fresh Key Lime Juice
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
- Splash of cream
- 2 cups Ice
- Lime Tree Cove : Gingerbread Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Juice the Key Limes using your Lime Juicer
- Add Vodka, triple sec or Key Lime Liqueur, Key lime Juice, Pineapple Juice and Cream to your martini shaker filled with ice.
- Shake
- Moisten glass rim with the lime wedge, and use your Barmaid Drink Rimmer to rim the glass with Lime Tree Cove : Gingerbread Cocktail Sugar

- Strain into margarita glass
- Enjoy!

French Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- 1.5oz Grey Goose Vodka
- 0.5oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- Ice
- Lime Tree Cove Fresh Lemon Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Mix Vodka, Raspberry Liqueur, Pineapple Juice into a martini shaker filled with ice
- Shake
- Moisten glass rim with the fruit wedge, and use your Barmaid Drink Rimmer to rim the glass with Fresh Lemon Cocktail Sugar

- Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the martini glass
- Enjoy!

This recipe uses: Fresh Lemon Cocktail Sugar

Winter Rum-tini - Martini Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- 2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum (you may substitute Grey Goose Vodka)
- 2 to 3 oz. apple cider or juice, to taste
- 2 oz. pear nectar
- 1/2 oz. orange liqueur (triple sec)
- Dash of peach or orange bitters (optional)
- Lemon or lime wedge
- Lime Tree Cove Fresh Lemon Cocktail Sugar

Directions:
- Add all liquid ingredients to ainto a martini shaker filled with ice. .
- Shake like you mean it for about 20 seconds.
- Moisten glass rim with the fruit wedge, and use your Barmaid Drink Rimmer to rim the glass with Lime Tree CoveFresh Lemon Cocktail Sugar

- Strain into the cocktail glass or pour into the rocks glass.
- Enjoy!
