It all began when my fiancè asked me, “can you re-salt my margarita?” Being the type of man who did not want to disappoint my future wife, I decided that I had to come up with a way to re-salt her cocktails. The concept of a better way to prepare rimmed cocktails was born. After many long years refining the concept, we are excited to share The Barmaid with the world.

Along the way, we developed Lime Tree Cove’s Cocktail spices. We are proud to produce the finest blends of all natural spices in the cocktail community. We use only natural ingredients to create the very best tasting spices. We believe a great cocktail spice can make a good cocktail even better.
