Drink Recipes using: Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar 

• Chocolate Berry-tini
• Lime Tree Colada

• Hot Chocolate Raspberry Brandy

Chocolate Berry-tini (Serves 4):

Ingredients needed:

• 4 oz. Vodka
• 2 oz. Creme De Cacao
• 6 oz. Cranberry Juice
• 1 cup Ice
• Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  

Directions:

1. Mix vodka, cream de cacao, and cranberry juice
2. Pour ingredients over ice and shake
3. Wet rim with a fruit slice
4. Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  
5. Strain cocktail into glasses
6. Enjoy!

Lime Tree Cove ~ Pina Colada (Serves many):

This is our version of the very delicious Pina Colada. We made these at a show in the winter. It was snowing and blowing outside, but everyone perked up and thought of beach vacations and fun.

Ingredients needed:

• Rum
• Pineapple Juice
• Coconut Syrup
• Ice
• Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  

Directions:

1. Mix equal parts of rum, pineapple juice, and coconut syrup
2. Dilute 50% with Ice and blend.
3. Pour into a glass
4. Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  
5. Enjoy!

Sweetheart Cocktail

There are a couple of versions of this, but this is the one I like the most: It's a user-friendly version of Master Mixologist Julie Reiner's recipe at the Flatiron Lounge in NYC:

Ingredients Needed:

• 4 parts tequila (plata/silver preferred)
• 1 part strawberry liqueur or Bacardi Dragonberry Rum
• 1 part orange liquor (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
• 1 part fresh lime juice
• 1 part sour mix
• 4 parts muddled strawberries (fresh is better, but if the quality isn't there, go with the frozen ones)
• Lime wedge
• Ice
• Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  

Directions:

1. Mix Tequila, Rum, Triple Sec, Sour Mix, Lime Juice.
2. Add strawberries and pour over ice
3. Shake ingredients in a cocktail mixer or well-sealed container (you don't want to bathe yourself in strawberries - or maybe you do................)
4. Wet each glass rim with the lime, and then use your Barmaid Drink Rimmer to rim the glass with the Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar   .

The cocoa notes of the rimming sugar join the strawberry and tequila in a luxurious marriage of flavor.

Kahlua and espresso (Serves many)

Ingredients needed:

• Kahlua
• Espresso
• Milk
• Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  

Directions:

1. Heat 2 cups of Espresso and 2 cups of milk
2. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of Kahlua
3. Pour into a glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
4. Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  
5. Enjoy!

Baileys Infused Hot Chocolate (Serves many)

Ingredients needed:

• Baileys Irish Cream
• Hot Chocolate
• Chocolate Raspberry Sugar  

Directions:

1. Heat 50% Baileys and 50% Hot Chocolate
2. Pour glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
3. Rim beverage with Chocolate Raspberry Sugar  
4. Enjoy!

Hot Chocolate Raspberry Brandy (Serves 4):

Ingredients needed

• 4 cups Milk
• 4 oz Brandy
• 4 oz semisweet chocolate (chips or bar)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Whipped Cream (optional to decorate)
• Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  

Directions:

1. Bring milk to a boil
2. Reduce heat to low
3. Add Chocolate and sugar, stir until melted
4. Add brandy, pour into glass (one that can handle hot liquid!)
5. Add whipped cream if desired
6. Rim beverage with Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail Sugar  
7. Enjoy!
